Rose Sangria

• Produce

  • 1/3 cup Currants, White
  • 1 Nectarine, White
  • 1 Peach, White
  • 1 cup Raspberries, White

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1/2 cup Peach brandy
  • 1 bottle Sparkling rose

• Liquids

  • 2 tbsp Rose water

• Other

  • 1 cup Sliced yellow ranier cherriers

• 1 White peach, cut into matchstick sized pieces
• 1 White Nectarine, cut into matchstick sized pieces
• 1 cup, sliced Yellow Ranier Cherriers
• 1 cup White Raspberries
• ⅓ cup White Currants
• 2 tablespoons rose water
• ½ cup peach brandy
• 1 bottle chilled sparkling rose
• 1 White peach, cut into matchstick sized pieces

Directions

• In a large pitcher combine all of the fruit (I like to layer it).
• Add the rose water and the brandy and then pour the chilled sparkling wine over the top. When you serve, be sure to scoop some of the fruit into the glass.
