Description

The quintessential potato chip flavor, salt and vinegar, is brought to the more healthy almond! Still...nobody can eat just one!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 cup distilled white vinegar
  • sea salt

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the vinegar and almonds.
  • Allow to soak for 1 hour.
  • Drain off the vinegar (reserving it for later use) and dry the almonds on paper towel.
  • Place the almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Place the baking sheet into the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt and allow to cool completely.
  • Serves: 2 cups
  • Prepare: 1 hour
