This refreshing smoothie tastes exactly like the traditional Thanksgiving dessert! Feel free to adjust the amount of spice to suit your tastes. The recipe is easily doubled to serve more!

Ingredients

  • ¼ c pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
  • ½ c + 2 tbsp nonfat or light soy milk
  • 1 tsp Truvia
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/16 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/16 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 ½ c ice cubes

Directions

  • Add everything except the ice to a blender, and pulse until combined. Add the ice, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
  • Serves: 1 smoothie
