    • 2 lbs Stew beef
  • Produce

    • 1 15 oz can Chili beans
    • 4 cloves Garlic
    • 1 Onion, large
    • 1 28 oz can Tomatoes, with juice

    • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
    • 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
    • 2 tbsp Chili powder
    • 1 Salt

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Stew Beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 28 oz can diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 15 oz can chili beans
  • salt to taste
  • *toppings of your choice: of shredded cheese, minced onion, sour cream, jalapenos, cilantro etc....

Directions

  • Place beef, garlic, onion, chili powder, cumin, cayenne pepper, sugar, tomatoes with juice and beans in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Season with salt to taste. Serve with your choice of toppings
  • Place all ingredients in a gallon sized freezer bag except for salt and toppings. Label with name and date and any additional instructions or notes. When ready to cook: Allow it to thaw for 24 hours in the fridge. Cook in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours. Season with salt to taste and serve with your choice of toppings.
