  • butter
  • honey
  • brown sugar
  • old-fashioned oats
  • walnut pieces
  • dried wild blueberries
  • chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  • Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl; add honey and sugar stirring until smooth.  Combine oats and remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Add butter mixture, stirring until well coated. Cover slow cooker but leave slightly open to allow steam to escape. Cook on HIGH 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes (be careful not to burn.) Spread hot granola out on a baking sheet and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
