    • 1 tsp Salt
  • Bread & Baked Goods

    • 8 Belgium waffles, homemade or frozen

  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Sage, Rubbed
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
  • 2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 pounds ground pork
  • 8 homemade or frozen Belgium waffles
  • 4 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 fried eggs

Directions

  • Mix all Rub ingredients in small bowl. Coat surface of each pork patty evenly with 1 1/2 tablespoons of the Rub. Reserve remaining Rub. Grill pork burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160ºF). Grill waffles 1 minute per side or until grill marks appear (and thawed, if frozen). To serve, drizzle maple syrup evenly on 4 of the waffles. Top with cheese, 2 slices of bacon, burger and egg. Sprinkle eggs evenly with remaining Rub. Top with another waffle.
