Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla or orange flavored pudding
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup diced orange slice candy
• 1 cup white chocolate chips

Directions

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the flour and baking soda in a bowl and set aside for now. Now cream together the butter, brown sugar, pudding mix and white sugar in a large bowl. Beat the eggs and vanilla into the creamed mixture. Slowly add the flour mixture to your creamed mixture until well combined. Gently fold in the orange slice candy and the white chocolate chips. Roll into small balls and drop onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until top starts to brown.
