Directions

  • Spiked Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate Add the whole milk, International Delight Peppermint Mocha Creamer, and chocolate to a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Bring the mixture to a simmer over low heat, whisking constantly. Once the mixture reaches a simmer,  continue to simmer for about 1 minutes, while whisking. Turn off the heat, and stir in the Irish cream, if using. Serve immediately, topping with whipped cream and other accompaniments if youd like. Peppermint Mocha Whipped Cream In the bowl of a stand mixer, add the cream and whip using the wire whisk attachment until the cream begins to thicken. Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until soft peaks have formed in the cream.  Slowly add the International Delight Peppermint Mocha Creamer and continue whipping until medium peaks have formed, approximately 2 - 3 minutes.
