Ingredients

Dip:
8 ounces low fat cream cheese
6 ounces Bud Light Lime Beer
6 ounces freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 teaspoons Sriracha
Optional Garnishes:
Cooked Bacon, crumbled
Sliced Green Onions
Cilantro
Diced Cherry Tomatoes
Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels

Directions

Add beer to pan. Bring to a simmer. Add cream cheese. and stir until smooth and creamy. Slowly add shredded cheese. Stir until creamy.
Garnish with toppings and serve immediately.
