Two varieties of strawberry overnight oatmeal jars for an easy, healthy, make-ahead breakfast!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup milk (any kind - skim, 2%, soy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use non-fat)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup milk (any kind - skim, 2%, soy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (I use non-fat)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup diced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup sliced or diced bananas

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small glass jar with a lid. Mix well to combine. (See notes below.)
  • Refrigerate the jars overnight to allow the oats to soften. Serve cold in the morning.
  • Serves: 1 jar - adjust for as many jars as you want to make
