Makes 1 quart

Ingredients

  • • 1 qt spring water
  • • ¼ cup freshly grated or thinly sliced ginger
  • • A few lemon wedges
  • • 2-4 TB of raw honey ( use more or less to taste... I like this one)
  • • 1 TB chamomile or one bag of chamomile tea (buy Chamomile tea HERE)

Directions

  • Begin by bringing the water to a boil Gently add the ginger, put a lid over the pot, and simmer for 15 minutes Once 15 minutes has passed, add in the chamomile and simmer, covered, for an additional 3-5 minutes. Get your mugs ready! Yes mugs with an “S” because you’re going to want more than one mug of this! Strain into your mugs with a spoonful of raw honey and a squeezed wedge of lemon Stir and enjoy!
