This healthy latte tastes just like the iconic Starbucks drink but with a rich chocolaty flavor too! The recipe is easily doubled or tripled to serve more.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240mL) unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp (15g) pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie mix)
  • ½ tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • tiny pinch ground nutmeg
  • tiny pinch ground ginger
  • 16 drops vanilla crème stevia, or to taste
  • ¾ cup (180mL) extra strong coffee

Directions

  • Add the cashew milk, pumpkin, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and stevia to a small pot. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring frequently with a whisk, until the cocoa powder has dissolved and the milk is completely warmed through.
  • Add the coffee to a mug, and pour in the milk mixture.
  • Serves: 1 latte
