Ingredients

14 oz fresh baby spinach
3 oz fresh blueberries
3 oz fresh raspberries
3 oz fresh strawberries
1 diced or shredded cooked chicken breast (or use rotisserie chicken)
3 oz feta cheese
2 oz chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Place the spinach in a large bowl and add berries, chicken and cheese (and walnuts if using) to the top of the salad. Serve with Triple Berry Lime Vinaigrette Dressing.
