  • Ingredients for the salad:
  • 1 – Pineapple
  • 12 – mandarins
  • 5 – kiwis
  • 3 – mangos
  • 2 – cups strawberries cut
  • Ingredients for the dressing:
  • 2 – mandarins
  • 1 large – lemon
  • ¼ cup – honey
  • ½ tsp. – poppy seeds

Directions

  • Wash, pat dry, peel and cut/slice all the fruits. Place them into a large bowl.
  • Prepare dressing.
  • Into a small bowl squeeze mandarins and lemon. Put it through the strainer to separate pulp and seeds from the juice. Add honey and poppy seeds. Stir well.
  • Pour the dressing over the fruit salad, mix well. Let it stand for 20 – 30 minutes before serving.
  • Serves: 12-14
