  • 1 cup homemade almond milk
  • 1/2 cup organic blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons organic chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon organic vanilla bean powder

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a 16 ounce mason jar and seal it very tightly. Shake it vigorously until everything is mixed well and put it in the refrigerator for about an hour, or until it thickens to your preference. Stir it up before serving and add additional blueberries on top, if you prefer. Enjoy!
