  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 8 ice cubes

Directions

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth & creamy. The consistency should be thick, (a bit thicker than a regular smoothie) Add more fruit or a few ice cubes, if it’s too thin. If it’s too thick, just add a touch more milk. Add your toppings and enjoy!
