Veggie Lover's Cream Cheese Spread

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp Green bell pepper
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 tbsp Jalapeno pepper
  • 3 tbsp Red bell pepper

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch White pepper, ground

• Dairy

  • 8 oz Cream cheese

• Other

  • 3 tbs finely diced broccoli (stem and flower

Ingredients

• 8 oz softened cream cheese (see NOTES)
• 1 tbs finely diced jalapeño pepper (optional)
• 3 tbs finely diced green bell pepper
• 3 tbs finely diced red bell pepper
• 1 green onion, chopped finely
• 3 tbs finely diced carrot
• 3 tbs finely diced broccoli (stem and flower)
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• pinch of sugar
• pinch of ground white pepper

Directions

• Mix all ingredients well.
• Refrigerate until ready for use.
• Makes 1 cup approximately
