White Chocolate Peanut Holiday Haystacks

  • 1 cup Peanuts, salted

• Pasta & Grains

  • 3 cups Chow mein noodles

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Christmas sprinkles
  • 2 cups White chocolate chips

Ingredients

• 2 cups white chocolate chips (I use Ghirardelli)
• 1 cup salted peanuts
• 3-4 cups chow mein noodles
• Christmas sprinkles

Directions

• Melt chocolate in large microwavable bowl according to bag instructions. Add peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop by rounded spoonfuls on to wax paper. Shake on sprinkles and allow to cool for several hours before removing from the wax paper.
