White Wine Slushy

• Produce

  • 1/2 Lemon, Juice from
  • 1 Peach, yellow
  • 3 Peaches, White
  • 1 Sage, fresh

• Condiments

  • 1 tsp Simple syrup

• Frozen

  • 1 3/4 cups Ice

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 1/2 cup White wine such as cavit moscato, sweet

Ingredients

• 3 white peaches (plus an extra slice for garnish)
• 1 yellow peach
• 1 teaspoon simple syrup
• Juice from half a lemon
• 1 3/4 cups ice
• 1/2 cup sweet white wine such as Cavit Moscato
• Fresh sage for garnish, optional

Directions

• Peel fresh peaches and dice into small pieces. In a blender, combine diced peaches, simple syrup and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour the blended peach mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2-3 hours. To make the wine slushies, place 4-5 peach ice cubes into the blender and add in 1/2 cup Cavit Moscato. Blend at low speed until slushy. Pour into a glass and garnish with a fresh peach slice and a fresh sage leaf. Enjoy!
