Whole Wheat Banana Greek Yogurt Waffles are light, fluffy waffles packed with white whole wheat flour, fresh banana, and Chobani Greek yogurt. Theyre an easy, healthy breakfast the whole family will love!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat white flour
  • 1 cup Chobani plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 large banana, mashed (1/2 cup)
  • 4 tablespoons canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar or your favorite sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Optional ingredients:
  • Maple syrup, for serving

Directions

  • Preheat your waffle iron according to manufacturers instructions.
  • Whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs with the Greek yogurt and milk until well combined. Add the oil, brown sugar, and banana, and whisk until incorporated.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir just until the flour has been incorporated.
  • Spray the waffle iron with cooking spray, and cook the waffles according to manufacturers instructions.
  • Serve warm with maple syrup, if desired, and enjoy!
