Ingredients

  • ½ cup Bolthouse juice
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon chia seeds
  • ½ cup fresh pineapple
  • 1 clementine, peeled
  • ¼ teaspoon matcha green tea (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon grass-fed gelatin (optional)

Directions

  • Add everything to a high speed blender.
  • Blend on high to pulverize the chia seeds.
  • Pour and enjoy!
  • Note* The basic recipes is ½ cup juice, ½ cup yogurt, 1 Tablespoon chia seeds, ½ cup fresh fruit. Mix and match fruit with different juices.
