Avocado Chicken Salad Wraps

  • 8 Boston bibb or butter lettuce, leaves
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Green onion
  • 1 Lemon

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 Dash Sea salt

Directions

• In a large bowl, mix avocado, cilantro, lemon juice, sea salt, and garlic until smooth.
• Stir in chicken and diced green onions. Add additional pinch of sea salt, to taste.
• Portion the avocado chicken salad mixture into individual lettuce leaves and serve.
