Ingredients

• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup white sugar
• 2 eggs
• banana cream pudding (3.4 oz.)
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• 3/4 cups white chocolate chips

Directions

• Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Blend butter and sugars together. Mix in eggs. Add pudding and vanilla. Blend. Mix in 1 1/4 cups flour, all baking soda, and all baking powder until mixture is uniform. Add remaining 1 cup flour and blend again. Finally add pecans and white chocolate chips. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown. Cookies will appear to be under-cooked until cooled.
