• 1 Cup Blueberries
• ½ Cup Onion, Diced
• 1 Tablespoon Garlic, chopped
• 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 Tablespoons Honey
• 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
• 1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
• 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
• 1 Teaspoon Mustard

• Step 1 - In a skillet heat a tablespoon of oil and cook the onions and garlic
• Step 2 - Add the blueberries to the onion mixture and cook for about 10 minutes
• Step 3 - Mash the blueberries with a fork when they soften and start to burst
• Step 4 - Mix in all the rest of the ingredients and cook for five minutes until it thickens
• Step 5 - Pour the mixture into a blender and blend slightly, enjoy on ribs, chicken, beef, etc.
• Store in the refrigerator for a week in a air tight container.
