Brownie Batter Hot Chocolate

  • 1/4 cup Brownie mix
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips, semisweet
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 2/3 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 Milk

Ingredients

• 2/3 c. heavy cream
• 1/4 c. light corn syrup
• 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
• 1/4 c. brownie mix
• 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• Warmed milk, for serving

Directions

• Combine heavy cream, corn syrup, brown sugar, brownie mix, vanilla and half of chocolate chips in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until melted, stirring often. Remove from heat and add the remaining chocolate chip. Stir until smooth.To make hot chocolate, stir into warmed milk.
