Description

Simple garlic, lime, cilantro and jalapeno ranch dip. Serve with tortilla chips or mixed vegetables. (This is a copycat recipe from an AMAZING restaurant called Chuys, Austin, TX.)

Ingredients

16 oz. light sour cream
1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch dip mix
2 whole large jalapenos, seeded
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1 whole lime, juiced
2-4 Tbsp. milk
Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions

Roughly chop the jalapenos, cilantro and garlic cloves. Add to a food processor and chop, scraping down the sides a time or two. Add lime juice and sour cream, and pulse until creamy. Add milk slowly until youve reached your desired consistency. I added all 4 tablespoons
