  • 4 shakes Bitters, orange
  • 2 shots Brandy

Ingredients

• 2 shots brandy
• 1 shot ginger syrup see notes
• 1/2 shot 100% pomegranate juice
• 1/2 shot pomegranate molasses
• 4 shakes orange bitters
• top off with ginger beer see notes
• orange slices
• crystallized ginger

Directions

• Add brandy, ginger syrup,pomegranate juice and molasses, and bitters to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.
• Pour into glass. Top off with ginger beer.
• Garnish with thinly sliced orange and candied/crystallized ginger.
