Ingredients

• 2 Cups sugar
• 2 TBL butter
• 1/2 cup Half & Half
• 2 1/2 cups grated coconut
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

• Stir sugar, butter and milk over quick heat until sugar is dissolved Continue stirring while cooking slowly to soft ball stage (263 degrees) Remove from heat Stir in coconut and vanilla Place in buttered 8x8 pan and cut into squares at once
