Ingredients

50 grams of plantains (peeled)
1 egg
1 tablespoon coconut oil, semi solid
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
pinch sea salt (optional)

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place all ingredients into a small blender except the chocolate bar.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into oiled ramekin.
Place the chocolate bar into the batter.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
