• 3/4 of a tub of Woolworths Gold Vanilla and Hazelnut Ice Cream (eat the rest, cooks treat ;))
• 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
• 1/2 cup raspberry jam
• 1 box Woolworths Gold Original Butter Shortbreads (10 cookies)
