Fudge Brownie Truffles

  • 3 cups Chocolate morsels. i used white chocolate and then separated a bag of holiday red and green morsels mixed with chocolate to give me four colors
  • 1 Festive holiday sprinkles. i used pearls

  • 1 Paper muffin cups, miniature

  • 1 box Fudge brownies, cooked

  • 1/4 cup Milk

Ingredients

• 1 box of fudge brownies, cooked
• About 3 cups of chocolate morsels. I used white chocolate and then separated a bag of holiday red and green morsels mixed with chocolate to give me four colors
• about ¼ cup milk
• Festive holiday sprinkles. I used pearls, chocolate sprinkles, funfetti sprinkles and red/pink sprinkles
• miniature paper muffin cups in a holiday design

Directions

• Cook your brownies according to package directions. Cool and trim off the hard edges. Fluff the brownies into a coarse crumbly mixture.
• Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out about a tablespoon or so of the brownie mixture. Roll it into balls. Freeze for a couple of hours.
• Mix each of your chocolate morsels with about a teaspoon of milk and microwave for about 1 minute until the chocolate is melted and very smooth and silky. Dip each of the brownie balls into the melted chocolate. Add a few holiday sprinkles and allow the truffle chocolate to set.
• Once the chocolate on the Fudge Brownie Truffles have completely set, place in pretty miniature muffins cups to serve.
