Ginger Clementine Old Fashioned

• Produce

  • 2 Brandied cherries
  • 1 Clementine
  • 2 thin slices Ginger, fresh

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 dashes Bitters
  • 2 oz Rye

Ingredients

• 1 clementine, peeled and segmented
• 2 brandied cherries (see our excellent recipe here!)
• 2 thin slices fresh peeled ginger
• 2 dashes bitters
• 2 oz Rye (or bourbon)

Directions

• Muddle the clementine, one cherry, ginger and bitters in the bottom of a mixing glass.
• Stir in Bourbon.
• Strain into glass with ice.
• Garnish with a piece of candied ginger and the other brandied cherry.
• Serve and channel your inner Don Draper.
