Ingredients

  • ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (almond, hemp, soy, coconut)
  • 1 small apple, peeled and diced
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp molasses or maple syrup to taste, for sweetness
  • ¼ tsp ground turmeric powder
  • ⅛ tsp ground ginger powder
  • ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
  • sprinkle of ground black pepper to taste
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  • Add oats, non-dairy milk, coconut flakes, and apple to a microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high for 2½ to 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
