    • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
    • 2 tsp Soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp Olive oil
    • 2 tsp Sesame oil

  • 2 carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until completely smooth.
  • While processing, stream 2 tablespoons water into mixture. Keep refrigerated!
  • Serves: 1 cup
