Homemade Greek Salad Dressing

  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, freshly squeezed

  • 1 tsp Mccormick mediterranean seasoning, such as
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper, Freshly cracked
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil, Extra Virgin
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar

Ingredients

• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
• ¼ cup red wine vinegar
• ½ tsp dijon mustard
• 1-2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 tsp Mediterranean seasoning (such as McCormick)
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp sea salt
• ¼ tsp freshly cracked pepper

Directions

• Place all ingredients into a bowl and whisk until blended. Drizzle over salad and serve.
