Ingredients

• 1 cup coffee ice cream (or vanilla)
• 1 cup almond milk or skim milk
• 3 ounces Baileys Irish Cream
• Chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips and whipped topping, for garnish

Directions

• Place ice cream, milk, and Irish cream in a blender. Blend until smooth.
• Top with chocolate syrup, mini chocolate chips, and whipped topping if desired.
