Ingredients

  • ½ cup raw honey
  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, and oats.
  • Place the coconut in a separate bowl.
  • Roll the peanut butter mixture into 1-inch balls.
  • Dip each ball in the coconut until it is fully covered.
