Ingredients

• 1 recipe Magic Mozzarella Dough from Cinnamon Twists
• 1/2 cup homemade sugar-free chocolate hazelnut spread
• OR store-bought sugar-free chocolate hazelnut spread such as Nuti-Light
• Powdered Swerve for sprinkling

Directions

• Spread a large silicone mat or a piece of parchment on a work surface. Sprinkle with a little almond flour. Turn dough out onto work surface and pat into a rough triangle. Top with another pice of parchment and roll out into a 15x12 inch rectangle.
• Spread the dough with the sugar-free Nutella, leaving a 1/2 inch border all around. Roll up tightly from one edge and pinch to seal the seam.
• Cut the dough down the center, leaving one end intact. Twist the two strands around each other, making sure to keep the cut side of the strands up toward the top. Pinch the ends together.
• Transfer the whole parchment or silicone liner to a baking sheet and bake 20 to 25 minutes, until the braid is firm to the touch and golden brown.
• Remove and let cool, then sprinkle with powdered sweetener.
