Almond joy iced coffee

  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chip, unsweetened

  • 1/4 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup Silk almond creamer

• Drinks

  • 4 Espressoes
  • 1 Sugar or other sweetener to sweeten the coffee

• Frozen

  • 1 1/2 cups Ice

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
• 1/4 cup coconut flakes
• 1 1/2 cups ice
• 4 espressoes, cold
• 1/4 cup Silk Almond Creamer
• sugar or other sweetener to sweeten the coffee
• 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips

Directions

• In a microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup chocolate chips. Run the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring the chocolate in between until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
• Brush the melted chocolate on the insides on 2 glasses. Set aside.
• Place all the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
• Pour the coffee into the two prepared glasses.
