Nutella Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

  • 1 cup Whole milk

Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 cup whole milk
• ⅔ cups granulated sugar
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• ⅛ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chopped dark chocolate (or 1 cup chocolate chips)
• ½ cup Nutella

Directions

• Whisk together heavy cream, milk, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and salt until sugar dissolves.
• Freeze according to the ice cream maker manufacturers instructions. During the last 5 minutes, mix in chocolate chips and slowly drop in dollops of nutella. Continue churning just until mixed.
• Transfer ice cream to a freezer safe container and freeze until frozen, about 4 hours. Serve.
