• 2 tablespoons butter ( melted )
• 3 teaspoon garlic ( minced )
• 1 ounce ranch dressing mix ( just the dried seasoning )
• 1 pound Baby Red Potatoes ( halved )
• 4 bone-in pork chops or roast ( thick cut, about 7 ounces each )

Directions

• Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with foil (for easy clean up) and s pray with cooking sp ray. In a small bowl , whisk together oli ve oil, butter, and
