Reese's Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn

  • 3/4 cup Corn syrup, light
  • 1 cup Peanut butter

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Sugar

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 4 tsp Coconut oil

• Snacks

  • 8 cups Popped popcorn

  • 12 Mini reese's cut into small pieces

Description

Ingredients

• 8 cups popped popcorn
• 12 mini Reeses cut into small pieces
• ¾ cup light corn syrup
• ¾ cup sugar
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 4 teaspoons coconut oil
• 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

• In a small pan, over medium heat, combine corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter. Mix in 2 teaspoons coconut oil. Stir until well combined.
• Place popcorn in a large bowl and fold in the peanut butter mixture until popcorn is coated.
• The mixture will be gooey and you will probably have to use your hands for the next step.
• Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture over the cooking sheet.
• Be sure to push out to the edges of the cookie sheet.
• Sprinkle Reeses over the popcorn mixture.
• Melt chocolate chips with 2 teaspoons coconut oil.
• Drizzle chocolate over popcorn
