  • 2 oz Champagne
  • 4 tbsp Raspberry liqueur

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup Simply Mixed Berry Juice Drink
• 1 cup strawberries
• 1/2 cup raspberries
• 1/2 cup blueberries
• 8 oz whipped cream
• 4 tbsp raspberry liqueur
• 1 10.75 oz pound cake, diced
• 2 oz champagne
• 4 maraschino cherries with stems

Directions

• Combine Simply Mixed Berry Juice Drink, strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries in a small pan. Simmer until liquid reduces, then set aside to cool. Soak pound cake in raspberry liqueur and champagne. Assemble in this order: pound cake, then berry mixture, then whipped cream. Repeat layers, then top each parfait with a cherry. Yields 4, 8oz servings.
