  • 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh root
  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, medium

  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil, Extra Virgin
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar

Ingredients

• 1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped*
• 2 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
• ¼ cup lime juice
• ¼ cup honey
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• ¼ teaspoon salt, add more to taste
• 1 cup packed cilantro leaves
• ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions

• Add all ingredients to a blender container. Cover and blend on high speed for about 2 minutes or until dressing is smooth and bright green in color. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for 4-5 days. Shake well before using.
