  • 2 scallions, minced, white and green parts
  • 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg

Directions

  •   Mix all ingredients together and form small meatballs, about half the size of a golf ball. Place the meatballs in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for about 30 minutes or until cooked through. Serve atop raw mustard or mixed greens. Related
