Ingredients

• 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
• 1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries
• 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
• 1 tablespoon candied pecans
• 1 teaspoon of Gorgonzola cheese (or more to taste)
• 2 teaspoons poppyseed dressing

Directions

• Spread the spinach leaves on a small plate.
• Layer the strawberries, blueberries, candied pecans, and Gorgonzola on top of the spinach.
• Top with poppyseed dressing, and serve immediately.
