  • 1/2 cup Strawberries

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Tamari or soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup White balsamic vinegar

• Baking & Spices

  • 1 tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1 Salt and pepper

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil, Extra Virgin

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup strawberries, coarsely chopped
• 1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste) (optional)
• 1 large clove garlic, minced
• salt and pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Directions

• Puree everything but the poppy seeds in a food processor or blender, optionally strain, and mix in the the poppy seeds.
