Strawberry Smash Cocktail

  • 2 Lemon, slices
  • 1/4 cup Mint, loosely packed fresh
  • 4 Strawberry

• Condiments

  • 1/2 tsp Honey

• Drinks

  • 1 Soda water

• Beer, Wine & Liquor

  • 2 oz Bourbon whisky

Description

Ingredients

• 3 strawberries, halved
• 2 lemon slices
• 1/4 cup loosely packed fresh mint
• 1/2 teaspoon honey
• 2 ounces bourbon whisky
• Soda Water
• Strawberries, lemons and mint, for garnish

Directions

• In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries, lemon slices and mint with the honey, and bourbon. Fill with ice.
• Shake until well chilled. Strain through a fine mesh strainer into ice filled glasses. Top with soda water and garnish with strawberries, lemon and fresh mint.
