  • 1/4 tsp Thyme, dried

• Condiments

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, Whole Grain
  • 2 tbsp Honey

• Baking & Spices

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper, ground

• Oils & Vinegars

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil

Ingredients

• Zest of one lemon
• Juice of one lemon
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon whole grain Dijon mustard
• 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
• 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

• Add all ingredients to bowl and whisk together. Add chicken, pork or vegetables and let marinade for an hour.
