Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
• ½ cup bell pepper, chopped
• 2 Tablespoons green onions, chopped
• ⅓ cup chopped pecans
• 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
• ¾ cup chopped pecans

Directions

• Mix the softened cream cheese, drained pineapple, bell pepper, green onions, ⅓ cup of the pecans and seasoned salt in a medium sized bowl.
• Form the cheese mixture into a bowl using a spatula.
• Place about ¾ cup chopped pecans on a large piece of saran wrap and transfer the cheese ball rolling it in the chopped pecans to coat.
• Wrap the cheese ball up with saran wrap, shaping if necessary and chill until ready to serve.
• Serve cold with crackers and enjoy!
